With around 100 staff in total, Sacker and Partners LLP has very demanding requirements from its technology. As a professional services business, its intellectual property is the advice it provides to clients and therefore the need to store current and historic client communications is a given.
There is also a requirement to retain email communications for a 10-year period. This however creates an ever-increasing data storage requirement that must be effectively managed by the IT department to ensure immediate availability to data when needed but also to make sure the data does not create a drain on the network’s performance.
